With the social transformation and deepening of the economic system reform, a large number of social members can’t adapt to the abnormal disjunction, positioning and restructuring, and gradually become vulnerable groups. Adult vulnerable groups are facing the manifest and increasingly prominent trend of "weakening", which bring the endless social problems, seriously hindered the popularity of education fairness and the harmonious development of the society. To change the unfavorable situation of the vulnerable group, education aid is the most powerful weapon. Because upward mobility it provides an efficient way and the fundamental way out for vulnerable groups.The study took the trainers (including farmers, migrant workers, laid-off workers and other disadvantaged adults) in Jinhua community college as an example, analyzed the present situation of adult education aid for the vulnerable groups was not optimistic, explored the education assistance mechanisms construction of adult vulnerable groups. Which it is important practical significant to deepen the reform, maintain social harmony, and promote education fairness.In the introduction, it mainly introduces the research background, research purpose, significance of this article, the relevant literature review at home and abroad, and the mentality and the content of the research. The first part not only defines the adult social vulnerable groups, the meaning of education assistance, mechanism and education assistance mechanism, but also explains the relevant theories of adult education aid. In the second part, it takes the adult social vulnerable groups in Jinhua for example, Through the methods of questionnaire, depth interview and SPSS data analysis and other research methods, this paper describe respectively the present situation of education aid from multiple dimensions, including adult personal characteristics of vulnerable groups, the demand of education assistance, work progress of education assistance, the satisfaction of education assistance and the execution situation of education aid policy, In the third part, according to the survey, firstly there is a detailed analysis of the issues in adult education aid for the vulnerable groups, including the lack of security system, the poor of operational procedure, the lack of incentives, the lagging of feedback regulation, accountability fuzzy and so on. Then this paper also explores the external cause and internal cause of the lack of education rescue. The fourth part:the author attempts to build a complete system of adult education assistance mechanisms for the vulnerable group, mainly including: comprehensive safeguard mechanism, a sound operational mechanism, a perfect incentive mechanism, positive feedback mechanism, and clear accountability mechanism.The innovations of this paper lie in:firstly, there is a research Angle of view of innovation. Fill in the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on adult social vulnerable groups in the blank in the field of education assistance mechanism. Secondly, there is a research content of innovation. The paper expands the theory study, theory of education equity, theory of social integration and theory of social harmony are applied to the study of education assistance mechanism construction; Then it constructs a constructive mechanism system from input to output. Thirdly, there is also a study of method innovation. This paper focus on empirical research makes up for fact that the previous researches have the heavy theory, the light practice tendency. Besides questionnaire survey, the study chooses the methods of observation and in-depth interviews to obtain first-hand information.
