This problem has been extensively studied in academia both at home and abroad and a large quantity and fruitful outcomes has been achieved. Based on the previous research, rural vulnerable groups’ self rescue and its’ vocational education support has been systematically studied in this paper. Rural vulnerable groups refer to poor farmers who own poor Self development ability, few opportunities, shortage of resources and live below the poverty line in the long-term. Self rescue means is a kind of self-improvement and self-reliance behavior that Rural Vulnerable Groups gradually get rid of the weak position of with the help of government and social groups, through their own unremitting efforts. Vocational education support is an activity that aims to arouse the rural vulnerable groups’"self-help" consciousness and enhance the ability of "self-help" educational assistance through rural Vocational education. The study objects of this paper do not include the groups of severe mental retardation, disability, frail and incapacity.In this paper, with the help of relevant literature, the concept, types, causes and characteristics of rural vulnerable groups has been studied and a new idea of reconstructing rural vulnerable groups’ classification system based on the logical relation classification index has been proposed.
