Research On Vocational Education Support Of Rural Vulnerable Groups’ Self Rescue

The problem of rural vulnerable groups is not only a social problem, but also a political issue. This problem has been extensively studied in academia both at home and abroad and a large quantity and fruitful outcomes has been achieved. Based on the previous research, rural vulnerable groups’ self rescue and its’ vocational education support has been systematically studied in this paper. Rural vulnerable groups refer to poor farmers who own poor Self development ability, few opportunities, shortage of resources and live below the poverty line in the long-term. Self rescue means is a kind of self-improvement and self-reliance behavior that Rural Vulnerable Groups gradually get rid of the weak position of with the help of government and social groups, through their own unremitting efforts. Vocational education support is an activity that aims to arouse the rural vulnerable groups’"self-help" consciousness and enhance the ability of "self-help" educational assistance through rural Vocational education. The study objects of this paper do not include the groups of severe mental retardation, disability, frail and incapacity.In this paper, with the help of relevant literature, the concept, types, causes and characteristics of rural vulnerable groups has been studied and a new idea of reconstructing rural vulnerable groups’ classification system based on the logical relation classification index has been proposed. Starting from the theory of social stratification, poverty and antipoverty theory, education equity theory, this paper discusses the social root of the rural vulnerable groups and poses a new view that eliminating absolute poverty and reducing relative poverty is the only process to rescue rural vulnerable groups.This paper bases on deeply probe in Xinshao County of Hunan Province analyses the internal, external factors and interaction reasons and discovered The main cause of rural vulnerable groups’ generation, then discussed the social background of rural vulnerable groups’ education absence including the ideological basis, psychological barrier, improper education, and concluded the strategy of rural vulnerable groups’ self rescue by vocational education supporting:according to the requirement of skill training,intensifies education supporting and Strengthens the building of teaching staff construction and training conditions to improve Pertinence, effectiveness and attractiveness of vocational education.
