Innovative Talent is the key to the national prosperity and national prosperity.Cultivation of innovative talents is the key to the implementation of innovativeeducation, but also the current requirements and trends of the times. This is mainlyreflected in four aspects: First, focus on innovative programs target system, focusingon students’ ability to find and solve problems, as well as analytical and criticalthinking; second is aimed at enhance students’ comprehensive literacy curriculumdiverse architecture, through multiple dimensions (ie " compulsory and elective,division and comprehensive, disciplines and activities, dominant and recessive")depth of integration, to provide students with a systematic knowledge of the subject,more valuable is the knowledge mastery, students through practice, task-driven, thatknowledge into practice; Third aspects aimed at capacity-building programs toimplement innovative systems, organizational forms of cooperation through groupdiscussions dialogue, inquiry teaching mode, as well as small classes; four in theevaluation of courses in classroom assessment, homework, examination andassessment, portfolio assessment, and adhere to the development, performance,diversity, integrated evaluated.
