Rowing is one of the projects of world sports older, traditional project is one ofthemodern Olympic games. The2008Beijing Olympic Games, composed by TangBin, Jin Ziwei, Xi Aihua and Zhang Yangyang Chinese combination, make concertedefforts to play well, in the final6minutes16seconds06won the gold medal, wonthe Asian and African countries, the first Olympic rowing gold medal.As a typical strength endurance sport, rowing performance improvement is theresult of many factors. However, most experts think generally, physical enhancementis rowing the most important factor in improving performance.Although theChinese rowing has made considerable progress in recent years,but not ideal physicalcondition is the main factor restricting our boat to further enhance thelevel of. In the aspect of training level, physical training is one of the key problemsin research, as China’s rowing level, change the training idea, toimproverowing performance, understanding the physical training is particularlyimportant, cannot let the physical aspectsof the problem perplexing rowingtraining. Therefore, in-depth study is a certain theoretical and practical significance ofthe methods and means of physical training of elite rowers, this paper selectedfour elite female rowers of Jiangxi Province as the research object, analysis of trainingof rowing athletes, especially is to provide certain referencephysical training.The four Jiangxi Province outstanding women rowers’ physical training methodsand means, analysis and training period arrangement, draws the followingconclusion:(1) Jiangxi province elite women rowers in more a large number of lowintensity endurance load to build a firm foundation for the high intensityexercise,appropriate arrangements "polarization" training mode. It can load therational distribution of rhythm.(2) Energy metabolism system training of Jiangxi province elite femalerowers,annual load load intension arrangement of "Pyramid" pattern, with theworld elite rowers "polarization" mode is slightly different. Mainly in the load gradeII loadintensity in the region and lactate threshold region is much larger than theWorldElite Rowing Athletes, and load grade III load intensity area is far below theWorldElite.(3) Jiangxi province elite female rowers annual water training load volumea c c o u n t s f o r79.28%o f t h e t o t a l l o a d, a s t h e w o r l d e l i t erowers limit. Week loadarrangement is2-3a big load week a small load cycle. Weeklytrainingarrangement is one week double differentiation arrangement mode.
