"Four Haves" is "self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-improvement" referred to, the spirit of "four selves" is the new requirement Chinese1988Sixth National Women’s Congress put forward to modern women and the new standard, female college students are the future of women representatives of groups and the backbone, their spirit of "four selves" to determine whether they can play an important role in the process of building a harmonious society. At present, in the society, because of the double effects of market economy development and diversification of the West all the negative thoughts, utilitarianism thought money worship, hedonism, serious erosion of the female college students’mind, leads to a part of the value of female college students view appear distorted, moral anomie, loss of self-esteem, lack of confidence, for female college students growth has brought negative effects, therefore, it has become an important task of University Ideological and political education.Self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-improvement "Four Haves" education is the important premise of female college students, help universities correctly understand them, guide them to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, healthy growth, to promote the development of women’s education. Development of female college students of "Four Haves" education is to promote the female students grow up needs; is to implement the national policy of equality of the sexes needs; is to cultivate good psychological quality of female college students; is targeted to strengthen the ideological and political education need; is to enhance the overall image of women.The thesis is divided into four parts, the first part mainly discusses the study of female college students "four selves" the purpose of education and carry out the "four selves" education theory and the practice significance. The second part mainly through the definition of "theory of four" education, investigation and analysis of female college students’Ideological and behavioral features of new period, expounds the necessity of female college students of "four selves" education. The third part, summed up the impact of "Four Haves" education from neglected subject status, hidden gender discrimination,"four selfs" education mode, the single family wisdom light and self awareness is not perfect the five aspects of factors. The fourth part, focuses on the development of "four selves" education should follow the "gender education" principle, humanistic principle, the principle of comprehensive development and the principle of equality between men and women. Finally, the female university student "every level4" education problem to formulate feasible channel.
