Classroom teaching evaluation is an important part in whole junior high schoolchinese teaching. With the new deep reform of basic education curriculum,achievements has been made not only in theory development but also in teachingimplementation. Due to the shackles of traditional concepts, there are some issues,such as irrational evaluation standard, low efficiency of evaluation on some ruraljunior high schools chinese classroom teaching evaluation. Therefore, specificstrategies are put forward, which exists indeed, by author through actual investigation.The article is mainly consist of four parts.First part-Introduction. Focus on the origin of the issues, status quo of domesticand foreign, research purposes and significance, ideas and methods of the rearch.Second part-Overview of relevant theories. Define two core concepts: teachingevaluation and classroom teaching evaluation. Introduce relevant theories, such asmultiple intelligent theories, constructual theory. Theory fundation has been made.Third part-Key chapter of the article is that issues are confirmed by actualinvestigation. There are issues by author through investigation of rural junior highschool chinese class teaching evaluation status quo, such as weak evaluation standardapplicability, misunderstanding the purpose of the evaluation by teachers, singlesubject and weak interactivity of the evaluation, pay attention to summativeevaluation, neglect formative assessment, weaken emotion attitudes and values. Ifthese issues can not be effectively resolved, the evaluation will be difficult go out ofthe mess.Fourth part-Key core chapter is strategies for issues. Put forward specificimplementation strategies for the issues on the basis of relevant education theories.Build the evaluation standards; transform traditional concept, promote multiple andinteractive subjects; change the only method of summative evaluation; emphasize acombination of quantitative and qualitative; timely feedback and good use of evaluation results.
