Sports and health curriculum standards advocates "health first" guiding ideology, physicaleducation requirements must reach five field goals, namely sports participation, sports skills,physical health, mental health and social adaptation. So we must adopt the corresponding,diversification of sports teaching model can reflect the teaching of multi-functional features.PE teaching mode is a PE teaching program which established by the guidance of someteaching thoughts and theory.It includes the structure of teaching process and thecorresponding teaching method system, mainly reflected in the design and implementation ofphysical education unit and the teaching course. The study of PE teaching mode is helpful todeepening the reform of physical teaching, simplifying the teaching problems, to make for thecombination of sports theory and the teaching practice, to improve the scientific level of PEteaching.In this study, The author takes the PE teaching of Xining city as the research object,using the method of literature, investigation method, interview method and case analysismethod,to analysis the PE teaching mode of Xining city from three aspects of teachingideology, teaching process,and corresponding teaching system structure.The results show that the high school in Xi Ning can combine their own actual situationand adopt different teaching mode, to make the students fully experience the function and thegoal of PE.At present, the mode which adopted by middle school in Xi Ning generally givepriority to the sports teaching pattern based on the skills of mastery, According to the studentsof different age, capacity and development goals, some schools select using happy sportsteaching mode, small group teaching model and a type of founding sports teaching modewhich achieved certain results.Advices::1.Any kind of teaching mode is established on the basis of a certain teaching ideology.Ithas a certain scope of application, none of them can solve all the problems. Therefore, weshould recognize the application of different kinds of sports teaching mode.To realize thecharacteristic of multi-objective and multi-functional sports teaching, it is impossible to solveall the problems by using one model. PE teachers should start from the teaching practice,explore and improve sports teaching mode under the guidance of science theory.2.The goal of physical and health curriculum includes five areas, namely, sportsparticipation, sports skills, physical health, mental health and social adaptation. To achieve multi-level goals through the sports teaching, one should use corresponding, diversified modeof sports teaching.Different teaching target needs to have a corresponding teachingmode.Teachers should change the sports teaching skills which only for the purpose oftraditional ideas, try to make appropriate relation between target and pattern, so as to enhancethe operability.3.It has a relationship between the use of sports teaching mode and exert its function andthe ability of cognitive for PE teachers to "sports and health curriculum standard".Therefore,we should improve the level of the theory of school physical education as soon as possible,strengthen the learning of physical education and health curriculum standards and training,renew the idea and raise awareness. According to the actual situation of school and thestudents’ situation, we should adopt different sports teaching mode, give full play to themulti-functional characteristics of sports teaching.4.It is the inevitable trend to adjust measures to local conditions and give full play to thefunction of physical teaching mode in the reform.It suggested that all the PE teachers shouldtake more theoretical study, pay attention to the use of teaching mode in the teaching practiceand form its own characteristics.
