With the development of society, the academic pressure increased, social competence,fall, students physical quality bad eyesight, overweight and obesity seriously affects the healthof adolescents. To solve these problems, China held the work conference on school sportsnationwide in2007, started to carry out the "Sunshine Physical Education", attract youngstudents to the playground, into the nature, going into the sun, actively participate in physicalexercise.In the context of sunshine sports, Wushu is one of the best out of the classroom sportsstudents, this paper carried out by Heze City Middle School Wushu teaching as a researchobject, by using the method of literature, investigation method, logic analysis method,questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, based on the current situation ofthe8middle school in Shandong city of Heze province sunshine sports, mainly on therelationship of Wushu, and the sunlight sports under the background of sunlight sports inHeze urban secondary schools of martial arts teaching in the present situation, the students ofWushu in present situation and the present situation of physical education teachers areinvestigated and analyzed, Conclusions and recommendations are as follows:1Through to the Heze city middle school sunshine sports development present situationinvestigation understands, Heze city middle school physical education teachers of sunshinesports understanding thoroughly, but there are still some students lack understanding of thesunshine sports.2The content of Wushu Teaching in high school in Heze city and the lack of systematicand hierarchical, and no physiological and psychological characteristics for different gradestudents to carry on the teaching of martial arts, place and relevant equipment can not wellmeet the teachers and students of teaching.3Teaching in the middle school Wushu Heze rarely use modern advanced teachingmethod,85%teachers with teaching method single, which affected the enthusiasm ofLearning Wushu teaching quality and students; Wushu teaching evaluation form a single,22.4%wrong PE teachers students assessment.4Middle school students in Heze city to the martial arts sports participation interest hasbeen strong,57.5%of the students like the martial arts sports very much, but68.2%studentsmainly through television martial arts films and novels and other media to learn martial arts,to enable students to understand the misleading of martial arts, martial arts development inschool have a certain negative effects.5Heze city middle school physical education teachers professional titles structure, agestructure and educational structure is relatively reasonable, but during the school only12.5%in the martial arts, martial arts master professional technical secondary school teachers isobviously insufficient,67.5%of the teachers did not participate in the training of Wushuteaching, physical education teacher’s overall scientific research level is relatively low.、Suggestions: 1in the sunshine sports atmosphere, Heze city middle school to promote martial arts, toimprove the understanding of martial arts, the quality of school Wushu teaching work intocomprehensive evaluation assessment scores in school.2Heze city middle school to improve the martial arts teacher’s professional level,strengthening the construction of teachers, martial arts instructor, by taking part-time andfull-time two ways to recruit professional martial arts skills of physical education teachers,physical education teachers to increase further opportunities to martial arts, raise the teacher ’sprofessional level and professional quality.3Heze City Middle School Wushu teaching content must carry on innovation andadjustment, handle the relationship between the content of Wushu teaching and students’practical needs, select the appropriate teaching methods for students, so that students likemartial arts course.4Heze City Middle School Wushu teaching should be combined with the school moraleducation work, so that students in the martial arts training, skills, strong physique, improvethe body at the same time, firm and indomitable spirit of students, positive, enhance theirsense of responsibility and the collective sense of honor, foster the students’ lifelong exercisehabit and interest.5Heze city education departments and schools should often carry out exchange activitiesin various forms of martial arts, through a variety of methods to enable students to broadenone’s horizon, this can encourage students’ enthusiasm of learning wushu.
