In order to improve the central and western areas of the economic benefit ofeducation, to complete the grand goal of popularizing compulsory education, Chinasince2004in the vast rural areas gradually built a large number of boarding school.The boarding school in by all sectors of society to acclaim at the same time, awayfrom the family and society, weakening and contact between the outside world, maylead to cooperative behavior changes.Based on the definition of the "company" and "cooperation" and other relatedconcepts, on the premise of research results home and abroad, to Shanxi provinceZezhou County Jin Cun primary school as an example, the use of observation,interview, literature and other research methods, the pupils’ peer cooperation isdivided into class service, dormitory, learning, cooperation between the four types,the theme of cooperation behavior is divided into eight types of knowledge sharing,the cooperation strategy is divided into active cooperation with other14types, andthen using the chi square test method to do the empirical analysis, the characteristicsand rules of the cooperative behavior of the. Then, by using hierarchical constructionof evaluation system of cooperative behavior of rural boarding pupils peer qualityanalysis method, and through the consistency test, reliability and validity analysis,measuring the quality of cooperation behavior of the school students peer, and thenimprove the rural boarding school students cooperative behavior education teachingsuggestions, namely teaching management reform, learning field construction ofcooperative behavior, enrich the teaching content of cooperative behavior, promotethe act with united strength of school and family.Of course, the rural boarding schools of the area, the level of economicdevelopment and education development level may have many differences, so theresults of this study cannot be used as a universal conclusion and promotion can onlybe based on the characteristics of each school learning from the conclusion of thestudy. Future research can increase the quantity of samples or cooperative behavior ofmiddle school and above level, in order to find out and summarize the rules and characteristics of more.
