Xinjiang College Students’ Public Opinion And Management Countermeasures

Objectiver:In this paper, the interview objects come from students of all nationalities and engaged in related the public opinion to workers of ideological and political education in Xinjiang university. Investigated the types and features of public opinion of students and understood the management of the current situation in Xinjiang university..Analysised the exists of problem in public opinion of Xinjiang university.Explored the relationship between the management of public opinion and the Ideological and Political Education.Promoted the management of college students’ public opinion.and improved the actual effect of ideological and political education work.Methods:The literature survey method is adopted to consult a large number of domestic and foreign literature,summarized and distilled the basic theories of related with the public opinion in universities on reading a lot of literature about communication studies、the public opinion studied and political science.By applying the method of contextual inquiry to investigated in representative universities of Xinjiang and through the field interview and questionnaire survey to obtain objective information. Data entry by use of EXCEL software, check the data and the applicated of SPSS19.0software to do the data processing and the analysis.Results:Present situation of student’s public opinion in Xinjiang university:the attention to the students’ public opinion management degree is high;(2) Research universities will use the public opinion management of the students work as the normal development;(3)the team of the students public opinion management in Xinjiang university is basically sound, and the system is complete.The existence problems of students management of public opinion work in Xinjiang college:(1)Many departments to participate in the management and lack of the actively and effectively coordination between them;(2)The procedure of public opinion management work is not standard;(3) the personnel of public opinion management team have a low professional quality, which is not match with the technology updates and the high requirements of the analysis, judgment, guide work.Conclusion:In view of the existence problem of the management of students public opinion issues in Xinjiang university, and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the management of students public opinion:(1) Construct the mechanism of management of public opinion of college students from the school level;(2) Explore the ideal methods of public opinion manage Ideological and political education from the education level;(3)Improve personnel the ideological the political quality from the level of management.
