With the development of Guangdong province’s reform, the needs of economy up recently. In this case, a large number of migrant workers rush to Guangdong province and help to strengthen the economy. However, the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure has brought a series of troubles of migrant workers, such as:the low stuff quality, the unprofessional skills. The training of migrant workers has become to the key important part of solving the industrial structure change, which may cause the structural contradiction in employment.In order to solve the problem of low quality of migrant workers, we need to have specialized training for them to improve their skills. Only in this way can we improve the situation, and let them to make a greater contribution in their field. The experiments in different areas have proved that there are still many problems exist in our country because it starts late on China. Related research situation is common, but there are no systematic and detailed researches at present stage. Moreover, migrant workers training needs analysis and regional empirical research is relatively limited. Industry on the issue of migrant workers are also trained to explore more from the perspective of human resources to expand, and the starting point around the local industrial structure adjustment is not bound to carry out the analysis, which resulted in the deviation analysis foothold with the actual demand.
