The Research Of Migrant Workers' Social Services: Under The Economic Restructuring

Since the reform and opening up, with China's economic development rapidly, the advance of industrialization and urbanization, the advancement of science and technology, the increasing of agricultural productivity, more and more surplus rural laborers left the countryside, into the urban areas engaged in non-agricultural labor, made a significant contribution in promoting urban economic construction and social development. For various reasons, migrant workers in employment services, social security, welfare, remuneration and other aspects is, a wide gap between the urban populations with the same level. These severely affect the lives of migrant workers and their development. Along with the new generation of migrant workers appeared and the need of transformation of national economic development, it is urgently need to establish a perfect social service system.Improve the social service system is determined by the self-development of migrant workers and national economic and social development, relating to a number of departments and fields, need policy support and government supervise, requires all social groups cooperation and efforts, but also require workers staff to enhance their own ability.For the migrant workers of social services is not only limited to the specific problem solving, improve their production skills, more should be entrusted to self-development capabilities, to provide a platform to promote their development, this is constant with the expectations and needs of contemporary migrant workers.
