It is of great significance to promote the career training,improve the employment rate and labor productivity,and increase the income for new generation migrant workers;meanwhile beneficiary to enhance the country's level of human capital,spend up the process of new urbanization,realize the bonus of human capital,finally realize the social.Based on the human capital theory,public goods theory and human modernization theory as the theoretical basis,in the background that Chinese population bonus fades away,new urbanization construction and the urbanization steps into the new era,the study aims to discuss the necessity of strengthening the career training for migrant workers.Three methods are used: literature method,field investigation method and quantitative and qualitative method.From the reality,this paper analyzes realistic measures in Hebei province and current situations of the cultivation of professional skills training of migrant workers.After that,the influence factors of the new generation migrant workers' participation in vocational training are analyzed,and the model of the influence factors is built.Base on that,probes into the plight and causes of the government security,training methods,supply and demand relationship and so on.In this paper,the training mechanism of professional skills is established and the components and their relations are analyzed.On the basis of the above,the paper puts forward the training mechanism of occupation skill,builds a modern training model.This paper presents the migrant worker occupation skill training path.This paper aims to provide a profitable reference for improving the professional skills of migrant workers,realizing the accumulation of human capital and the modernization of the society.
