The network is not only the most significant information revolution in the20thcentury, it also will be the most significant social revolution in the21st century. Inhuman history, there was never any one technology and its applications like Internetdevelopment so quickly. With the development of the network, people’s life has beenmore and more on the network. In modern people’s life, the network has occupied avery important position, it affects people’s work and life, consumption andcommunication style. Contemporary college students is a main form of Internet users,the network efficient abundant information resources for the multidimensional natureof the college students’ way of thinking, innovative created unprecedented conditions,etc. But, the network virtual environment, such as the hidden also contributed to thecollege students’ way of thinking of emptiness and dependence. So, today’s networkenvironment influence on college students’ way of thinking has both positive andnegative effects.This paper first describes the evolution of the network environment, way ofthinking, the concept of network environment and the relationship between thethinking way of simple comb, and then through the paper questionnaire and networkquestionnaire, a combination of empirical research, analysis of the networkenvironment under the influence of college students’ way of thinking of the positiveand negative performance as well as the cause of negative performance, finally findout college students under the network environment how to form the scientific way ofthinking of countermeasures and Suggestions. From two aspects of objectiveenvironment and subjective factors to cultivate college students’ scientific way ofthinking, the objective environment mainly from the perspective of school, family andsociety put forward countermeasures; Subjective factors mainly from the knowledgeof college students themselves, the language, attitudes, feelings, etc to put forward theproposal. Training college students’ scientific way of thinking, however, is a long-term and complicated job, only the social, family, school, student individualtogether, forming a benign education resultant force, and adopt the means such aspolitics, economy, culture, science and technology, can have a primary activity andfunction.
