Research On The Optimization Of The Working Mode Of Higher Vocational College Counselors Under The Network Environment

Under the network environment,major changes have taken place in social economy,politics,and culture.The openness,convenience,and virtuality of the Internet have changed the way in that students learn,live,and think.The diversified values and quality of students in higher vocational colleges make the traditional counselor's working mode which mainly based on preaching or "solitary combat" face major challenges.The opinion leadership of higher vocational counselors in ideological and political education is shaken passively,western ideology is invaded,and college students' values are easily misled.How to change the counselor's work concept,firmly establish students' socialist core values,guide students to get rid of mobile phone dependence,make good use of the rich educational resources on the Internet,and diversified educational carriers to help students learn and grow up,strengthen the emotional communication between teachers and students,and optimize and practice the working mode of the counselors has become an urgent subject.Based on the theory of human nature hypothesis of management science,borderless management theory,Marxist theory of comprehensive human development,and the "5w" model theory of communication,this article draws on relevant domestic and foreign literature research results to explain the definition of the network environment,the working mode of counselors.Focus group interviews with experts in Guangxi higher vocational colleges,analysis of job responsibilities and competence standards,work processes and key tasks of the counselors in the new era,exploration of optimization and practice of higher vocational counselor working mode under the network environment,and the construction of the "four-in-one" counselor work optimization model of "building an ideological and political 'net red' team,optimizing the work content of counselors,building a diversified network carrier,and constructing an online and offline integration mechanism" has been introduced.Take Guangxi Normal University of Science and Technology as an example to explore the reform and practice of vocational counselors.Perform first-hand data mining through surveys,explain and analyze the current status and existing problems of counselors' work in the network environment,explore the internal causes,propose targeted optimization paths and strategies for counselors' work,and expand the academic theory of college counselor work.The results will promote the improvement of the effectiveness of counselors' work,and provide experience and reference for the continuous improvement of the work of higher vocational counselors in the new era.
