Confucianism regards the doctrine of mean as its main part. In the Chinese traditional cultural system, the doctrine of mean has special station and important value. Its ethical thoughts about"fitting midst","changing midst with current tension"and"keeping midst", is still becoming the important reference to the construction of nowadays socialist spirit civilization. In the present tide kept changed, there are more and more puzzles in the moral education of middle schools. it has very important factual sense to construct the system of moral education of middle schools according to the reference to the doctrine of mean.The article has four parts to explain the view. The first part is introduction, tells us the necessity that refers to the relation of Confucianism's doctrine of mean and moral education in middle school. This is also the one of problems needing settled in moral education of middle school.The second part is the discussion of the doctrine of mean and the appraising and analysis about it. Firstly introduces the bringing base and developing venation. Then tells the essential content of the doctrine of mean. Lastly analyzes the historical station and limits about it.The third part expounds developing the useful and discarding the useless of the doctrine of mean reasonably. The explanation includes the theoretical and factual dependence. The theoretic dependence is to stick on Marxism; the factual dependence includes three points, one is the need that the moral education of middle school inherits traditional culture; one is the need to cultivate middle school's students to possess Chinese fetch and modern vision; the other one is the need to improve the stuff of middle school's students.
