In classroom teaching, teachers and students are the two most basic roles,so is their relationship. Moreover, this relationship accounts for an importantposition in the interpersonal relationship in the school. A bad teacher-studentrelationship will not only affect the teaching results of the teachers, but alsothe academic achievements of the students.Guizhou Sports School is the only full-time secondary sports school ofprovincial level in our province, producing high-level sports backup talentswith special sports skills, intermediate sports professionals with the abilitiesin social sports work as well as the qualified physical educational teachers inelementary schools with an education background of technical secondaryschools and above. Guizhou Sports School cultivates sports talents withmid-level education background and promotes the development of sportscause. It mainly carries out the physical education, sports training and socialsports disciplines of such sporting events as track and field, weightlifting,boxing, basketball, football, taekwondo, wrestling and martial arts, etc, andthe educational work of technical secondary school and junior high school(prevocational class). Therefore, because of the professional orientation of thesports school and the particularity of the educated and learning methods of itsstudents, there is a clear difference between the teaching methods of GuizhouSports School and those of the ordinary ones. In the classroom teaching ofGuizhou Sports School, the occurrence of the teacher-student conflicts is universal due to the particularity of the educator and the educatee. However,it does not mean that this conflict represents a rigid teacher-studentrelationship and its disappearance refers to a harmonious teacher-studentrelationship. The teacher-student conflicts during the classroom teaching donot necessarily have a negative effect on the teaching, but also have somepositive functions.From the status quo of the teacher-student conflicts in classroomteaching of Guizhou Sports School and taking the direct data as the basis, thispaper explores the causes of the teacher-student conflicts in secondary sportsschools from various perspectives, offers strategies to solve and prevent theconflicts and helps the teaching and administrative staff in secondary sportsschools to understand the inevitability of teacher-student conflicts so that theycan face conflicts correctly, cope conflicts actively and prevent conflictseffectively, thus building a harmonious school and establishing a democraticand concordant teacher-student relationship.
