In recent years, much attention has been paid to the Flipped Classroom in China.The theoretical study has become increasingly deeper and richer, while the application research has developed from colleges and universities to K12, so that there is no lack of typical cases all over the country. Fliped Classroom unanimously considered to have various advantages in all respects over the traditional teaching, one of which is greatly increasing the interaction between teachers and students, leading to improve the teaching effect. However, from which aspects has it concretely reflected the increasing of the interaction between teacher and students and what is the relationship between interaction and teaching effect? Although there are a few studies about the effect of interaction between teachers and students, it lacks specific analysis about which respects of the interaction have improved the teaching effect. Based on this, this paper attempts to research the teaching effect of Flipped Classroom from the perspective of the interaction between teachers and students, analyze and explore the influencing relationship between them.We select four primary and secondary schools in Tianhe, Guangzhou as the research objects to analyze the characteristics of the interaction between teacher and students as a whole. On one hand, based on the Flanders Interaction Analysis System (FIAS) and the modified analysis system by Chen, we put forward the Flipped Classroom based Interaction Analysis System (FCIAS), and as a tool to analyze the interaction between teacher and students of 11 cases; On the other hand, this paper also analyzes the data and information of experimental class in "Tianyun class" cloud platform. Finally, based on the in-class and after-class interacting analytic result we comprehensively summarize four interacting characteristics of Flipped Classroom including interactive way, interactive content, verbal behavior and nonverbal behavior.Based on the characteristics of Flipped Classroom and the result of literature research, we come up with the six factors model of teaching effect. Then combining with the result of case study, the scale about interaction and teaching effect is compiled. The former has four variables including interactive way, interactive content, verbal behavior and nonverbal behavior, while the later six, including interactive satisfaction, learning interest, collaborative learning, self-learning, innovation ability and solving problem. According to the opinions of the experts and the project analytic result of the questionnaire, we modify scale to form formal questionnaire, as a measuring tool for further empirical research.This paper still select the students and teachers of experimental class in Tianhe, Guangzhou as the research objects, and survey 269 students by questionnaire and the five teachers by unstructured interviews to understand present situation of interaction and teaching effect of Flipped Classroom based on "Tianyun class" cloud platform. First of all, we figure out the situation of two aspects by descriptive statistics of the questionnaire results. Secondly, by correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis, this paper explore the teachers and students interaction of the teachers and students'behavior how to affect the teaching effect. Finally, the teacher interview results are analyzed and discussed.According to the results of empirical analysis, this study draws the following conclusions:In Flipped Classroom, the interaction between teachers and students mainly include after-class interaction by cloud platform based on network and the face-to-face interaction between teachers and students in class; The characteristics of interaction between teachers and students is:interactive way is diversiform, interactive content is rich, verbal behavior is predominant and nonverbal behavior is an important part of interaction; The results of interaction and the teaching effect is better in Flipped Classroom based on "Tianyun class" cloud platform; Interaction between teachers and students has significant correlation with the teaching effect, and the former discrepantly has a positive influence on the later in every dimension; exercises and test is the most effective interaction, followed by the interaction at discussion board.Based on the above conclusions, we believe that interaction between teachers and students is actually increased in Flipped classroom from the point of view of time, which has a positive influence on teaching effect for students. However, given the single teaching evaluation and hypocritical Flipped Classroom, we put forward three Suggestions from the perspective of interaction between teachers and students:Build equal dialogical class with reasonable guide; Attach great importance to the development of students' abilities with improving the evaluation; Carefully design activities according to the characteristics of the subject.
