Classroom management is the most important part of the whole classroom teaching,it not only affects the quality of classroom teaching,but also plays a restrictive role in the cultivation of students ' good habits.Today,the new curriculum reform is in full swing,the new classroom management concept will certainly for the primary and secondary schools to specify a new direction,the new concept brought about by the change,the education workers are more demanding.The new idea of curriculum reform is to take the students as the master of the class,to actively arouse students ' initiative in class,to explore actively,to innovate and to become the new classroom management idea,and the traditional management idea of the teacher baladati students ' behavior in the past will be replaced.The new idea is helpful to improve the classroom effect and to enhance the subjectivity of learners.The new curriculum concept emphasizes that the classroom should be fully given to the students,and the democratic and open classroom can inspire students ' enthusiasm for learning and promote the all-round development of students.However,there are many problems in the classroom management of the primary school teachers,such as the lag of management concept,the incorrect management method and so on,the classroom efficiency is low,the students are seriously influenced by the teachers,which seriously affects the balanced development of the students and restricts the effective implementation of the new curriculum idea.This paper tries to analyze the current situation of classroom management in primary school under the new curriculum concept,combining theory with practice,discussing the classroom management in primary school,trying to arrange the effective strategy of classroom management in primary school,and then promoting the effective implementation of the new curriculum.This paper first introduces the current situation of primary school classroom management,and the education reform of teachers in the classroom teaching management has a higher demand.Based on this,the paper determines the purpose and value of the research,as well as the relevant ideas and methods of research.Secondly,combing the relevant domestic and foreign theoretical research,try to interpret the connotation of classroom management and classroom management behavior,have a solid research foundation,for in-depth analysis of educators classroom management behavior reasons give a strong basis.Finally,through the survey found that the current primary school teachers in the classroom management of the behavior of the new curriculum reform requirements of the classroom management concept is inconsistent.In the classroom management,teachers still tend to use authority to suppress students,not give full play to students as the main body of the classroom role;in the classroom environment arrangement,the teacher is one person alone big,did not fully consider the student's feeling,to the classroom physical environment regulation and control the degree not enough,to the student's emotion expression is deficient,caused tension between teacher and student,teachers lack of respect for students and incentives,although the teacher's starting point is for students good,but students seem ungrateful,resulting in disharmony between teachers and students.In view of the above problems,this paper tries to examine the main problems in classroom management of primary school from the perspective of new curriculum reform,and summarizes the ways and means to promote effective management in primary school classroom.
