The following thesis is aiming to answer the following question:Social Network and Video Game for mobile: why such a winning partnership?The main objective of that thesis is to enhance the importance of social feature in mobile games andtheir influence on the community management of the users.Community management is a science that is more and more used by companies nowadays in order tocreate a competitive advantage on a long term by improving the communication with its stakeholders.The mobile game industry is using that technique by implementing some social features in their gamesthat allows the users to log on his/her favorite social network when they are playing.The first part of the document will be about the researches realized and the knowledge acquired on thefollowing topics: the mobile game industry, the social networks, the community management andfinally, the social aspect of video games. In a second part we will analyze the answers of a surveyrealized to confirm or not some hypotheses. Those hypotheses should help us to prove the importanceof social features and community management are highly valuable things t apply in order to assure thesuccess of a mobile game.
