Research On Detailed Financial Management In CJ Vocational College

Financial management of colleges and universities is an important part of theprocess of college management, good management and not directly affects the use offunds “Chinese medium and long term program for education reform and development(2010-2020)”, the implementation of financial management in colleges and universitiesput forward the scientific and refinement, higher vocational colleges as a part of collegesand universities, the status quo of financial management already cannot satisfy the need ofscientific financial fine management.In this context, I started to prepare the financial problems for the fine managementof higher vocational colleges, this article according to "ask questions-analysis problem-problem solving" research train of thought, and mainly adopts qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis, normative analysis, empirical analysis and other research methods,with CJ vocational college as the school-based research, first introduce the basic situationof CJ vocational college, and then, based on the understanding of financial managementrefinement of leadership, the current situation of the construction of financial managementsystem, the present situation of the budget management, the foundation of the financialwork of the present situation, the asset management present situation, the basic quality ofthe existing financial personnel situation, the existing situation of financial performanceevaluation system, daily funding situation, financial risks are introduced in nine aspectssuch as the CJ vocational college financial management present situation, then analyze thefinancial management of the defects in the present situation and the reasons for theformation.According to the aforesaid CJ vocational college financial management presentsituation analysis, this article from the school to form financial atmosphere of finemanagement, improve the system of financial management system, and budgetmanagement, strengthen the financial foundation work, strengthen asset management,improve the quality of financial personnel, repair effect evaluation system, establishing thediversified financing channels, strengthen financial risk prevention in nine aspects such asthe detailed financial fine management of specific measures are put forward.
