The Study Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship For Financial Management Modes In Higher Vocational Colleges

The thesis analyzes, expounds and proves the related research contents in detail by following the research ideas in the process of"putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problems"and adopting the research approach of"relying mainly on qualitative and canonical analyses supplemented by quantitative and empirical analyses."It is based on the introduction of the theoretical research progress and the real application of the financial management mode in higher vocational colleges at home and abroad. Firstly, it analyzes the two main kinds of financial management modes of"unified leadership, centralized management"and"unified leadership, management at different levels"which are generally adopted in the current higher vocational colleges of our nation, and also has a comparative analysis of them. Secondly, it expounds the main existing problems and their causes of the current financial management mode in higher vocational colleges. Finally, combined with the development orientation of vocational education reform in our nation and the characteristics of talents training mode in higher vocational education, it puts forwards the new mode of financial management to adapt to the talents training mode in higher vocational colleges by taking Zhangzhou Institute of Technology as an example.To be specific, the main contents and opinions in the central parts of the thesis are as follows:Firstly, it points out that there are some practice deficiencies in the two modes of financial management, basing on the analyzing and the comparative expounding of the two current financial management modes in higher vocational colleges of our nation, which are"unified leadership, centralized management"and"unified leadership, management at different levels."Therefore, they can not satisfy the actual needs of financial management in the higher vocational colleges at present. Especially, in comparison with the general universities and colleges, higher vocational colleges have the uniqueness of education. So it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to reform and innovate the current mode of financial management.Secondly, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the main existing problems in our nation's higher vocational colleges in the aspects of financial management concept, financial budget management, financial internal control, risk management, financial performance appraisal system construction, educational cost assessment, assets accounting and management, according to the related information and materials acquired by field researches, experts interviews and indispensable questionnaire surveys. And then it has a systematic analysis of the causes in the questions. Consequently, it points out the necessity and feasibility of the timely innovation in financial management mode in higher vocational colleges.Thirdly, according to the series of problems in the current financial management in higher vocational colleges of our nation, it suggests building the innovative mode of financial management at different levels to adapt to the current talents training mode in higher vocational colleges.
