The secondary occupation education and the higher occupation education is theeducation of two different stages and levels of the same, bear the responsibility tocultivate applied talents in different period of economic and social development. Atthe same time in the development of higher occupation technique education of higheroccupation education, how to do a good job, cohesion has become an urgent problemto be solved, at the same time, it is also related to the occupation whether educationcan be a healthy development, this is an important and urgent issue.In this paper, through the analysis of cohesion theory of occupation, includingthe purpose and significance of the study, the definition of higher occupationeducation link, the feasibility and necessity of occupation development, articulation,are clearly expounded at home and abroad, higher cohesion study and reviewed; onthe basis of the domestic and foreign vocational articulation were analyzed, includingGermany several countries and Australia, USA articulation development model,expounds the origin and development of Chinese Higher Vocational Educationengagement. Based on the above theoretical research, this paper carries on theanalysis to our country higher vocational education engagement present situation, andanalyzes the existing problems and the reasons in the convergence process, and finallyputs forward the optimization path articulation in higher vocational education, andlose the physical construction of modern occupation education measures andsuggestions.In this paper, using the research methods of literature, case law, investigationmethod, factor analysis method. In the development of system, the connection of bothat home and abroad in the contents, measures and other materials collection andsorting process, using the literature method; used in the study in the development ofhigher vocational education; problems in the process, using factor analysis method,the occupation career education, compares the practical operation and supportconditions; use case law in the occupation of Japan and the content of careereducation course.The theoretical significance of this article is, combing through the theory ofmedium occupation schools in our country and the higher occupation school,summarizes the theory research on Higher Vocational articulation at home and abroad, and to expand, for the theory of articulation in colleges is integrate and expand themeaning, have a certain role of promoting and improving the application in our juniorhigh school vocational articulation in theory.The practical significance of this paper is, through the analysis of the currentsituation of the connection of secondary and higher vocational education, in-depthanalysis and discussion, to exist in the connection problems and their causes areexpounded, and puts forward some constructive opinions and suggestions,optimization Chinese connection, a guide for practice, the implementation of China’svocational cohesion, with reference to the meaning of.
