Smooth articulation from secondary to higher vocational education is related to the vocational education,or even one of key factors to the healthy development of the national education.Promulgated in2010"national medium and long-term program for education reform and development", to form embodies a concept of life-long education, secondary vocational education and higher vocational education, the coordinated development of the modern vocational education system, articulation of secondary and higher vocational education as a breakthrough point and the breakthrough point, this is our country vocational education reform over the next10years in one direction and important task. Curriculum articulation is the main and key in secondary vocational education and higher vocational education. At present, secondary vocational education curriculum system and higher vocational education curriculum system are two independent systems. They are separate from each other, so in the process of both articulation will encounter all kinds of problems. To analyze and study curriculum articulation from secondary to higher vocational education in order to solve various problems arising two fragmented systems. So it is an important and difficult task.The paper is divided into five parts to study curriculum articulation from secondary vocational education to higher vocational education. The first part is introduction. It illustrates the selected issue background that according to some data from the national education career development statistical bulletin and education policies. It introduces related research about curriculum articulation from secondary to higher vocational education and introduces the research’s significance, ideas and methods. The second part is the theory of curriculum articulation from second vocational education and higher vocational education. On the basis of related literatures and books, we define the related concepts of curriculum articulation from secondary vocational education and higher vocational education, and describe the theoretical foundation of curriculum articulation both secondary and higher vocational education, and simple introduce the main mode of curriculum articulation both secondary and higher vocational education. The third part is the investigation of curriculum articulation both secondary and tertiary vocational education in wenzhou zhejiang province, as example to applied electronic technology specialty. To visit5secondary vocational schools,4higher vocational colleges and2companies, and to interview some college’s teachers and managers that draw problems which unclear orientation of training objective in curriculum articulation of vocational education and repetition high in professional theory course content and so on. It analyses the cause of the problems. The fouth part is the countermeasures on strengthening curriculum articulation from secondary to higher vocational education,mainly analyzed the principle of curriculum articulation and build reasonable curriculum articulation’s effective countermeasures. In the fifth part is the design of curriculum articulation from secondary to tertiary vocational education of applied electronic technology specialty. On the basis of orientation training target in vocational education and analysis post group and professional ability and according to the curriculum articulation module from secondary to tertiary vocational education. It designed curriculum articulation program of applied electronic technology specialty.
