Cultivation Of College Students’ Leadership

With the updating of the concept on talents cultivation and the development on reformation of high-quality education, training high-quality talents with outstanding leadership ability becomes an important task for colleges and universities. Leadership cultivation of college students is an important content of quality education. Develop the Student Leadership Education in Colleges not only conforms to the requirement from nation to the high-quality education, but also helps promoting the students’ self-improvement and trains large numbers of qualified builders and successors for the country. This article brings the concept of leadership into the cultivation of talents in collage school research, on the basis of the investigation on cultivating talents, college students, teachers, employers, the article analyzes the qualities of College Students’ leadership, and puts forward the theoretical support for the development of leadership cultivation of college students and evaluation, providing important support for the further development on quality education for College students.The article uses literature research, questionnaire survey method, Delphi method and other research methods, and by using the SPSS17software, carry out the abstraction of the vocabulary on collage students’ leadership, the questionnaire of the content on collage students’ leadership. Based on this, the college students’ leadership model is constructed. The college students’ leadership model that this article has established can be illustrated from5dimensions:the leadership charisma, the leadership determination, the visionary power of leadership and the control of leadership, developing the scale on collage students’ leadership and constructing the empirical research through it. By applying the model of leadership, this article appraises the current situation and the analyzes differences and the reason of the collage students’ leadership, based on this, this article finds the existing problems and the reasons on college students’ leadership,meanwhile, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the leadership of collage students.
