For future social delivery,excellent talents have always been an important goal of my country's higher education.Along with the rapid development of the economy and technology society,the employment market has higher and updated requirements for college students' comprehensive quality.Among them,college students with leadership have become an important direction for new cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.It is consciously cultivated the leadership of college students,which is the real demand for the strategic objectives of education strong country.The college students' leadership training in my country is a newest problem,and there is still a large progress space in theory and practice.Therefore,based on the research results of the students 'leadership training in the combing stage,the research is constructed of the theoretical framework of college students' leadership training,and concurrently investigating the two major aspects of the leadership training of industrial and commercial management students in Chongqing.Research on the Project of Cultivation.First of all,this research constructs a theoretical framework of leadership training for college students based on a review of relevant domestic and foreign researches.The three aspects of training objectives,training content and training methods are used as the basic elements.The internal logic is in the process of student leadership training.Cultivation direction,what to cultivate,and how to cultivate",and at the same time use it as a dimension of the investigation of college students' leadership cultivation practice.Secondly,based on the social change model of leadership development and the theory of leadership skills,we use questionnaires and interview methods to investigate the students of School C.At the same time,we conduct interviews with the dean,secretary and teachers of the school to understand the current business majors of School C to cultivate student leadership.The status quo,summed up the current problems in the leadership training of C college students in Chongqing.In terms of training objectives:not combining local characteristics,unclear positioning;ignoring individual needs and insufficient basis for formulation;emphasis on the acquisition of leadership knowledge and unscientific structure;aspects of training content: leadership theory and practice courses are not rich in types;practical courses,The proportion of elective courses is small;the training method: It ignores the particularity of leadership,the teaching method is not new;the leadership practice platform is not rich enough;the teaching organization form is fixed;it does not pay attention to the interdisciplinary leadership training method.After analyzing related issues,the reasons behind these issues are deeply explored.Finally,it combines the characteristics of the demand for business leaders in the new era,based on the characteristics of business management and the actual development of School C,and proposes targeted optimization strategies.Construct a scientific leadership goal structure system by combining local characteristics and paying attention to individual needs;enriching the content of leadership training by enriching curriculum types and optimizing curriculum structure;by building leadership practice platforms,innovative teaching methods,etc.,in order to propose feasibility for C universities Suggest.
