Research On The College Students' Leadership Based On The Leadership Evaluation System

Contemporary college students not only need to learn professional knowledge,but also,more importantly,can better cultivate their psychological quality during the study period.College students' leadership is one of the psychological qualities that contemporary college students should possess and urgently need to cultivate,which has been paid more and more attention by scholars and universities.This study used empirical research method to conduct a one-year follow-up study on “Shuang Wei” Practice Model of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Questionnaires were conducted on all students of Grade 2017 in Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the changes of leadership development level of students of Grade 2017 in 2017 and 2018 were compared.The purpose is to verify whether the training mode of “Shuang Wei” Practice Class in Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine can achieve the cultivation and improvement of the psychological quality of College Students' leadership after one year's training,and which of the three dimensions of leadership cognition,leadership value and leadership practice has the most significant influence in the evaluation and measurement of college students' leadership.In the future,it will be used as the basis for the emphasis of cultivation.The results are as follows:1.After one year's training,the “Shuang Wei” Practice Mode can significantly improve the leadership quality of ordinary college students.This practice mode can not only serve as a platform for quality education of College students,but also become a platform for cultivating the leadership quality of college students after improvement and perfection.2.Compared with the differences in the improvement of students' leadership level in the dimensions of students' leadership cognition,leadership practice and leadership value,the difference in the improvement of students' leadership practice dimension is the most obvious.In the leadership education of College students,we should combine leadership cognition and leadership value education,and pay more attention to the cultivation of students' leadership practice dimension.3.While carrying out quality education,the “Shuang Wei” Practice Mode has great influence on the improvement of College Students' leadership quality,such as reading clubs,speech activities,value cultivation of “four-self-cultivation” and class management.4.On the basis of the current training system,the “Shuang Wei” Practice Mode needs targeted training programs for the three dimensions of college students' leadership,so as to realize the education and cultivation of College Students' leadership quality..Research conclusion: the cultivation of College Students' leadership is indispensable in the cultivation of college students' quality.On the basis of certain improvement and perfection,the cultivation of “Shuang Wei” Practice Mode in Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine can realize the quality education of college students' leadership,which has certain reproducibility and popularization.
