With the progress of science and technology, the internal and external environment faced by enterprise is more and more complex, which objectively demands the enterprise leaders’quality and ability higher and higher. As the main force of the future business leaders, College students’leadership directly affects the future trend of the social and economic development; In addition, from the point of demand of college students themselves, cultivating and improving college students’ leadership helps college students to achieve better employment, college students which accpepted leadership training is more popular with the employers,more adapt to the working environment and society. However, the current study literature lack of leadership for college students. So it is important to study the college students ’leadership structure, evaluation through empirical methods.In this paper, we carefully combine the previous leadership and college leadership related theory literature. Based on the grounded theory, we interviewed15students from different schools and collected about60000words of interview transcripts. By an analysis of the three-level coding interview transcripts, college students’ leadership structure model is constructed. Based on college students’ leadership structure model, we design the evaluation system of college students’ leadership from two aspects of evaluation index system and evaluation method system design leadership assessment system and make the leadership assessment empirical analysis on the part of the college students based on the design of assessment system. The following is this paper’s main conclusions:(1)We build the college leadership model by open coding, spindle coding and selective coding analysis. College student leadership model mainly includes two aspects of explicit and implicit characteristics. The explicit abilities are divided into social skills, problem solving, decision making ability, organization and coordination five aspects and expertise; Implicit characteristics include character, personality, emotional intelligence and motive power four parts.(2) Based on the construction of college student leadership structure model, this paper designed the systems measurement of the college students’ leadership. In terms of evaluation indexes, it concluded the two level of index and nine secondary index, adopted comments phrase type logo to design the assessment standard and hierarchical scale, used the fuzzy consistent matrix method to calculate the university students’weight of each index in the leadership; In terms of evaluation methods, from the evaluation method of the maturity, applicability of the indicators for assessment and evaluation index of three aspects,we design the evaluation methods which mainly includes interview method, evaluation center technology, psychological measurement, and a360-degree feedback evaluation.(3) Through empirical leadership assessment to the part of the college students, we found that overall level of university students evaluated is low and each dimension of the leadership score is serious imbalance. Therefore, this article puts forward some views and suggestions from the school level and individual level.
