Effective English evaluation is an important approach to improve the quality ofEnglish teaching, but in the actual English teaching, there are limited evaluationcontent and evaluation subject, the evaluation method and the evaluation standard arestill single, etc. This study discusses the pluralistic evaluation strategies for juniormiddle school students English learning results and learning interest, the influence ofthe objective is to investigate the evaluation of English learning strategies of thepossibility of improvement so as to improve students’ English learning effect.On the basis of literature review, this study puts forward the developmentpotential, learning ability, emotional attitude and academic achievements ofmultivariate evaluation strategy. This study adopted quasi-experimental design,independent variables to evaluate the strategy, the dependent variable for achievementand interest in learning English. Experiment selected the two classes, including64people in the experimental classes, that another64in comparative classes,,after twosemesters of experiment, the results found that in English, during the firstsemester,from the mid-term exam to the final exam, there were no significantdifferences in comparative classes, but since the second semester, from the mid-termexam to the final exam, experimental class students’ English achievement wassignificantly higher than that in comparative classes; on the interest in learning,experimental class students is significantly higher than that in comparative classes.Experimental results show that, multivariate evaluation strategy effectively improvedthe experimental class students’ interest in English learning results and learning. Multivariate evaluation strategy to junior middle school English classroom,which requires teachers in teaching hours, and it should fully understand the uniquecharacteristics of each student with combination of the learn and acquisition, thestudents’ needs and then development, intelligent teaching combined and theintelligent teaching to design course and adopt diversified teaching methods tomaximize the teaching effect at last.
