English education plays an important role in the current national education.However,factors,such as,special geographical environment,slow economic development,the relative occlusive information,etc.cause the poor English teaching infrastructure in the Sino Russian border area.As a result,some of the English teachers are not active and rambling in their teaching career;a great majority of students do not like to learn English.Sino-Russian border area junior high school students do not love learning English,English interest is low,the students' grades are not ideal.Therefore,to stimulate middle school students' interest in learning English in the Sino-Russian border area and teachers' interest in teaching are more important.Based on the present situation and in accordance with the relevant theoretical basis,we put forward some suitable solutions to the junior middle school students' interest in learning English after studying the junior middle school students' interest in English between China and Russia.According to a survey of English learning interest of junior high school students in border areas between China and Russia,comprehensively analyze interest problems in learning English and English education problems in the Sino Russian border area.In addition,on the basis of consulting relevant documents,the suggestions and strategies are sorted out for the improvement of English teachers and students' learning interest in this area.On the one hand,it is beneficial to the middle school teachers and students in the border area between China and Russia to deepen their understandings of the English learning interest,and to develop the understanding of the interest in English learning,Both teachers and students can learn and develop for their real aims.On the other hand,it is beneficial to junior high school teachers in the Sino Russian border area to guide English classes,to reduce the burden of students,to improve learning efficiency,and to promote the health,the sense of happiness and harmony for teachers and students under the concept of quality-oriented education in the Sino Russian border area.
