Humanistic Psychology is the third thought psychology whichoutside of behaviorism and psychoanalysis school history.Humanistic Psychology theory is an emphasis on people-oriented,full recognition of human dignity and worth, and an activepromotion of the realization of human potential. In recent years,humanistic psychology has been widely concerned by educationaltheorists, it actively advocates for the education sector ineducational practice extensive using the human humanisticpsychology theory to guide specific tasks. Foreign school is a newfrom of school under the current trend of international educationalexchanges from full-time students in Foreign cooperativeeducational students in wadely differ family education,classupbringing environment, after school learning objectives andlearning content so these students have certain particularity inexpectations, attitudes, habits, and even personality.This paperaims to use "good faith agreement","unconditional positiveattention","empathy" to put the humanistic psychology intopractice and to achieve the positive development ofteacher-studentrelationship in the foreign coopertive school. The text will bedivided into six parts: The first part of this paper will explainthe theoretical background and the significance of the issuesraised; second part is the analysis of human connotation of thedoctrine.The third part is the analysis of theory origin, thetheoretical basis, the resulting social roots, and the elaborationof Maslow Rogers and Fromm with their basic undersstandings andperspectives of the teachers and students in the educationalprocess in their great humanistic psychology therory The finalanalysis is the revelation of personal humanistic psychologicalthoughts on the current education. The fourth part is mainlyexplains the characteristics of the foreign cooperation programin my school and analyzes the relationship between teachers andstudents in the foreign cooperation school, including theinvestigation process and findings of the questionnaire; the fifthpart is the summary of the questionaire results.in order to makea conclusion of the reasons for the problems of teacher-studentrelationship; The last part is the suggestion and solution ofproblem according to the basic theory of humanistic psychology.This article is only a preliminary disscussion of how to establisha good relationship between teachers and student from theperspective of humanistic psychology which is to be furtherdeveloped and improved.
