Research On The Status Quo Of Junior High School Teachers' Education And Punishment From The Perspective Of Humanism

The thesis mainly researches the situation status of junior high school teachers.Its purpose is to provide effective educational and teaching management strategies for junior high school teachers in order to achieve the goal of educating students.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 299 teachers and 410 students of N district junior middle school in H city.Through the analysis of questionnaire and interview data,it is found that the majority of teachers hold the opinion of caring education discipline,and most students are also willing to accept the teacher’s education discipline.But the phenomenon of not daring to manage,unwilling to manage,unable to manage also exists,some teachers have improper behavior:46.2% of them assert that their own mood will affect the education discipline;40.5% of them think that the education discipline need not care about the occasion;31.1% did not think it was necessary to pour attention to the degree of education discipline;27.1% considered it unnecessary to pay attention to the times of disciplinary punishment.These improper behaviors will seriously affect the relationship between teachers and students,and will be not conducive to the physical and mental development of students.Therefore,on the basis of the survey data and aiming at the particularity of the education punishment,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures by combining different subjects with the main line of education punishment process:Before the education punishment,the school and relevant departments will update the rules and regulations strengthen relevant teachers should be actively involved in training wealthy skills;parents should learn reasonable communication.In the process of education punishment,the school should arrange the teachers’ work reasonably,the teachers should give humanistic care the students,the students should treat the education punishment objectively,and the parents should carry out effective supervision.After the implementation of education punishment,the school should standardize teachers’ behavior of education punishment;teachers should reflect then time and pay attention to the changes of students;students should strive to realize self-value,and parents should strengthen home-school cooperation.
