With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has replaced thecapital, labor, land and other traditional resources became the key resource of theenterprise. How to get resources, share resources and make the value of the resourcesincrease becomes the focus and difficulty enterprise to solute. Summarizing previousscholars’ researches on knowledge management shows that, the core of knowledgemanagement is knowledge sharing, and then, knowledge sharing becomes the basis forenterprise to create knowledge advantage. Therefore, how to promote the enterpriseinternal knowledge sharing into scholars and management practitioners’ focus. With thedevelopment of research, scholars have discovered that one of the key factors influencingknowledge sharing is situational factors of organization. As the mechanism of interactionbetween employee and organization, in the domestic and external circumstances,organizational socialization and job embeddedness produce a variety of attachmentrelationship between employee and organization, forming the critical situations across theorganization and beyond. So, this study focuses on the research of the mechanism oforganizational socialization and job embeddedness on the knowledge sharing, havingimportant theoretical significance to fill this gap of knowledge sharing in the researchfield.This study adapts demonstration research method of combining the longitudinal andtransverse, first, through the literature review, theoretical derivation, puts forward therelated hypothesis, and constructs the path model that link organizational socialization, jobembeddedness (post embedded within the latitude)and trust to knowledge sharing in theorganizational socialization adaptation phase and role management stage respectively. Andthen, carry out a questionnaire survey, take366freshly graduated students just enter in theenterprises in China as the investigation object. Through the tracking investigation lastednearly one year, get the relevant data, and, make the test of the reliability and validity,correlation analysis and path analysis, then, draw the following conclusions: with thedeepening of time, organizational socialization process forward, the influences oforganizational socialization to knowledge sharing change regularly. In different stages of organizational socialization, the different dimensions of organizational socialization andjob embeddedness have different influence mechanisms on knowledge sharing inorganizations. Moreover, trust in the process also plays different roles, in the first stage ofthe path is transfer function, the second stage into a regulatory role.Finally, this paper discussed the practice application of the conclusions: the managersof the enterprises may pay attention to the different dimensions of organizationalsocialization and job embeddedness in different periods of employees into the organization,to improve the efficient utilization and development of knowledge resources. At the sametime, when enterprises frame the policy of knowledge sharing, the influence of trust indifferent periods should be considered.
