The rise of knowledge economy and the development of information technology leads to a change in the field of economy,thus creativity has become the key factor to show the competence advantage of national and enterprise on a global scale.Universities' scientific research and creative ability is an important competitive ability of a country.It undertakes the important mission that lies in training and shaping high-quality creative talents.Previous studies have proved that organizational climate has a relationship with creativity,but it is very limited to figure out how does organizational climate affect the internal mechanism of creativity.Higher education research in this paper introduces the knowledge sharing behavior of college students,focusing logical train of thought on the "university organization atmosphere,the students' knowledge sharing behavior,the students' creativity",deeply exploring the organizational climate's impact on student individual mechanism.It is a development in the university organization atmosphere and an extension of creativity research.It is also a supplement that how university organization atmosphere affects the intrinsic mechanism of the students' creativity,and its development enriches the related theory about existing knowledge management and students' creativity.On the basis of theoretical research and literature study,this paper aims at the questionnaire investigation of five universities in Tianjin through online and offline combination.It takes advantage of the structural equation model,processing the modeling analysis of 619 questionnaires.Reveal the factors of university organization atmosphere hiding from the knowledge sharing,and test whether the knowledge sharing behavior can promote students' individual creativity or not.From the perspective of the sharing objects,this paper is divided into providing knowledge behavior and obtaining knowledge behavior.It is different from the areas of study according to the attribute dimension of knowledge itself.Come to the research conclusion of this article via analysis.Teacher's teaching atmosphere,physical atmosphere and peer relations' atmosphere significantly influence this sharing behavior between the students.Knowledge acquisition behavior has significantly enhanced research,insight,execution and creative forces,providing knowledge behavior that significantly enhances R&D force and executive force of conclusion.It will provide a better knowledge of China's higher education management practice ofguidance and reference,and then increase students' creativity in the process of education.
