Knowledge management is the the core of knowledge economy, andestablish knowledge sharing is the most essential way for an organizationto impetus the knowledge management .The way a school manage theobtain,sharing,application and innovation of knowledge effectivelyis an important attribute to promote the school potency. In particular thewillingness of teachers' knowledge sharing is the forever foundation ofpromoting teachers' teaching, specialized growth and establishingteachers' specialized status .Schools should unify the concept ofknowledge management, promote teachers' willingness of knowledgesharing.However, teachers'willingness of knowledge sharing influencedby individual factor ,and the influence of teachers' trust on schoolsorganization is not allow to neglect. The trust on schools organizationcan stimulate teachers' high willingness of knowledge sharing, andpromote the school potency, impetus the comprehensive innovation ofeducation, this also is the aim of the research. The research got thesituation of the organization trust and the willingness of knowledgesharing of middle school teachers in Guangdong Province by metersurvey,collection reorganizes and processes data; discussed thedifference situation of middle school teachers' personal backgroundavriable in organization trust and willingness of knowledgesharing;analyzed the explanation situation of teachers's organizationtrust to willingness of knowledge sharing;and proposed specifically thefeasible suggestion on the synthetic study result for middle schools'reference to promote teachers' willingness of knowledge sharing.This research is done by demonstration method,It establishesoverhead construction and supposition,design research technique onthe foundation of correlation rationales and the correlation researcheswhich were carried on by former experts. And choose suitable metersurvey teacher's trust on schools' leaders (dyadic trust) and on theoverall school organization regulatory policy (institution trust) twodimensions, as well as the willingness of knowledge sharing(the factor of members are willing to sharing knowledge):mutually beneficial principle,prestige as well as altruism three dimensions. After designing the meter,choose testee samples, collect data, analysis after meter survey.And thenobtain research discovery, and propose comprehensive conclusions andsuggestions according to the research conclusion.The research conclusion is: there is distinctive difference of middleschool teachers' personal background avriable in organization trust andwillingness of knowledge sharing.There is remarkable positivecorrelation between middle school teachers' organization trust andwillingness of knowledge sharing, middle school teachers' organizationtrust variable can effectively forecast their willingness of knowledgesharing variable. Teachers fixed longer years and hold the post of thedifferent duty are remarkably higher than the younger teachers whoseteaching senority is short and do not hold the post of the duty inorganization trust and in willingness of knowledge sharing. Longer theteaching fixed year is, higher teachers' duty is, higher the teacherorganization trust level and the knowledge sharing wish is. Teachers'organization trusts can effectively forecast their willingness ofknowledge sharing. Higher teacher's organization trust is, higher theirwillingness of knowledge sharing is.Finally I propose some countermeasure from school organizationangle and teachers angle for middle school organization's and teachers'reference.schools must enhance teachers' trust to the organization,inspire teacher's willingness of knowledge sharing, establish teachers'trust to school leaders and colleagues, form the public transparentmanagment system, build the mutual confidence mechanism, and theharmonious opening school atmosphere. Teachers must form thewillingness of knowledge sharing consciousness; grasp the method ofknowledge sharing; pursue specialized growth positively; promoteself-specialized accomplishment;participate specialized interactioninitiatively; develope group cooperation study;teachers should expandthe common knowledge, establish communication channel.
