Adolescence is a period of individual full of vitality and hope. Having madeadequate reflection and exploration on many important issues relating to their owndevelopment,formed a clear and strong self-awareness,a clear future life goals anddirection, youngsters will get a better growth.This paper firstly analyzes some difficulties encountered by secondary vocationalstudents in the process of personality development due to the relatively long-term lack ofrecognition from parents, teachers and the community: On the one hand, they lackself-awareness which means that the vast majority of students do not form acomprehensive evaluation for their own;On the other hand, their interaction and socialenvironment needs to be improved. Making interaction and communication with theexternal environment and in the process, putting past experience, current feelings andfuture goals for continuous integration, they can ultimately gain the ability to make planfor the future. Next, to help students accomplish self-identity, the author carried out aserious of group activities of improving their self-awareness and self-integrationcapabilities.Lastly,According to the evaluation and observation, Group work intervention hasobtained certain effect: Students become more accepting yourself, recognized their ownstrengths and weaknesses, gained the trust and a sense of belonging from the peer grouprelationships and parent-child relationships,put their understandings of themselves in thepast,present and future for a better integration, got greater confidence and motivation forpersonal development. At the same time,the author reflects on the shortcomings andlimitations that exist in the intervention process.
