In recent years,with the needs of a skilled country,vocational education in China has ushered in a golden development period,but students’ behavior of weariness is becoming increasingly prominent.Based on this background,and the advantages of group work in the process of getting involved in the students’ anorexia,it is easier to achieve goals and stimulate the enthusiasm of secondary vocational students.This paper analyzes the specific performance and factors of the students’ anorexia behavior through investigating the situation of the students’ anorexia in Z school in Datong City,And based on cognitive behavior theory and advantage perspective theory,the group work method was used to intervene the students’ anorexia behavior in Z School of Datong City.Through a series of group activities,the students’ self-awareness is cultivated,and they can correct inappropriate behaviors of loath of learning,so as to achieve their better self-development.In the process of group work,in the early stage of the group,the students’ learning aversion behavior is mainly through the mutual familiarity among the members,so that we can gradually realize the bad state of the anorexia behavior,change the irrational learning cognition of the group members,and in the middle of the group,through the interaction of small groups,let the members further understand the learning anorexia and seek their own solutions,At the end of the group,on the basis of the group members’ understanding of the bad learning behavior,through the training of self-control,the group members’ autonomous learning ability can be cultivated,so that the weariness behavior can be effectively improved.On this basis,the service effect is further consolidated through the follow-up service of the team members for a period of time.Through process evaluation,effectiveness evaluation and the evaluation of parents,teachers and classmates’ effect cognition and theory practice on the behavior change of group members,this activity has been proved to be effective in correcting the students’ anorexia behavior of secondary vocational school,and it is applicable to apply cognitive behavior theory and advantage perspective theory to the intervention of students’ anorexia behavior.However,due to the inevitable limitations of single intervention,similar intervention in the future can try to combine more discipline methods,and comprehensively intervene the overall ecosystem of secondary vocational students,such as individual,family,school,society,so as to achieve better and perfect results.
