At present,our country is facing a double transformation of political economy,countries in all walks of life demand for high-quality skilled personnel,speed up the development of modern vocational education,to display our talent resources advantage,the competitive edge of the real economy is of great significance,thus,how to build high quality workers and skills talents has become the important topic with the problem of the current vocational education.Secondary vocational education is the basic link of the vocational education system,and secondary vocational students are also becoming the main force in the first-line labor market.However,like other vulnerable youth groups,all kinds of psychological and behavioral problems of secondary vocational students cannot be ignored.At present,the research on resilience is a hot topic in the field of adolescent mental health at home and abroad.However,starting from the background of social work,the research on resilience of secondary vocational students in this major is relatively weak.As students majoring in social work,more attention should be paid to them.Therefore,this research through the study of the art of shanxi H vocational high school students force index and content of relevant measurement,combining with the results of the interviews,secondary raw art force level present situation and the demand for all-round description,evaluation and analysis,around the secondary vocational student's art force inherent advantage factor and efficiency factor two dimensions,to a method for the team to carry out the practice research,and put forward reasonable Suggestions based on the research content.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction,including the raising of the resilience of secondary vocational school students,research significance,theoretical basis,research methods,selection of research sites and objects,and innovation points.The second part is research review.Including concept definition and research review,mainly combining with the actual situation of this study and related research,it reviews the main focus of resilience research at home and abroad,the research objects and research methods of adolescent resilience,the intervention research of social work and related contents about resilience of secondary vocational school students.The third part is the analysis of the resilience of secondary vocational school students in H school.This part introduces the basic situation of the survey objects and the analysis of the resilience of secondary vocational school students.There are mainly three aspects.First,the lack of external support restricts the development of secondary vocational school students.Second,the lack of internal advantages leads to low self-evaluation.Third,the self-efficacy is weak and secondary vocational school students lack the necessary capabilities.The fourth is the life force that resists adversity in secondary vocational students.Finally,according to the analysis results,the demand of secondary vocational school students to enhance resilience is summarized,which provides a realistic basis for the development of group work.The fourth part is the main part of this study-the intervention practice of secondary vocational school students' resilience promotion team work.This paper mainly focuses on the internal advantages and efficiency factors of secondary vocational school students' resilience to carry out practical research in the form of group work.According to the analysis in the previous chapter,it puts forward a group work plan based on the research problems and the needs of service objects,implements the theme activity of"Youth Gas Station" to enhance resilience,carries out specific practical process,and evaluates the effect of the activity from two aspects of service objects and social workers themselves.The fifth part is the conclusion,reflection and suggestions of the study.This part summarizes the research,analyzes the deficiencies in the research,and puts forward relevant suggestions from the three levels of secondary vocational school students'themselves,schools and society.
