In the background of social transformation, the economic globalization, culturalpluralism, the scarcity of traditional educational models as well as the flood of foreignculture on the Internet have exerted a profound influence on college students’culture-identification. Confronted with this situation, only if the ideological andpolitical educations in colleges can grasp the students’ latest ideological tendenciesand find out the door of the ideological and political educations, we would advancestudy of college students’ culture-identification effectively. Recently, with the rapiddevelopment and innovation of Internet, the new media has been springing up.Micro-culture to sharing and communication by micro-film, micro-blog,micro-message and so on. Micro-culture is becoming the most popular socialinteraction mode due to its features of handiness, diversification, originality,fragmentation, communication and social network in recent years. Therefore, in tendof micro-culture, how to apply micro-film effectively to advance the study of collegestudents’ culture-identification, has become an important topic of the era.As an emerging media, micro-film deeply affects college students’ life and values.Micro-film is more and more gaining in popularity with the students for its advantagesof flexibility and novelty, which meet the needs of students’ personal development,attention to social issues, and ideas. However, micro-film hasn’t been a educationalmethod of colleges’ ideological and political educations. What is more, the study ofcolleges’ ideological and political educations and university students’culture-identification at their infancy, lacking relevance and systemic. This paper, takemicro-film for example to developing research of college students’culture-identification in the background of micro-culture, using of empiricalinvestigation, literature, case studies and so on, to investigate and analysis the currentsituation of university students’ culture-identification and influence from micro-film.The purpose is to change the mode of traditional ideological and political educations,carry out operational plan for cultivate college students’ culture-identification.Based on exploration and analysis above, the research draws the factors thatinfluence university students’ culture-identification is students’ characteristics, thescarcity of traditional educational model and social environment. The purpose of thethesis is to strengthen college students’ culture-identification effectively,improve the effectiveness and vitality of colleges’ ideological and political educations, and toconstruct effective culture-identification education approaches that comply with thenew media environment: Firstly, to improve college students’ quality; Secondly, toinnovate approaches of colleges’ ideological and political educations in micro era;Thirdly, to strengthen supervision of micro-film, build a harmonious micro-cultureenvironment.
