Research On Strengthening The Construction Of Micro-culture In University

The rapid development of mobile Internet technology pushes us to the micro-cultural era quickly.The emergence and rapid development of micro-culture bring huge influence in people’s life, work,study, social activities, and especially ideas. Every coin has two sides, those influence, one the one hand, they promotes the positive development of society, one the other hand, some parts of influence are conflict with the mainstream values in modern society. Contemporary college students, who growing up in the Internet environment, are the active participant of micro-culture, their ideology are influenced by the micro-culture profoundly. It is a major practical issue placed in front of us that how do micro-culture plays a positive role in the growing process of college students and overcomes its negative impact meanwhile. The author considers that following measures are the main pathways to solve above mentioned problems, reinforcing socialist core values, strengthening the college micro-cultural construction, guaranteeing the sound development of the micro-culture of colleges, giving full cultural and cultivate effect.In this paper, the author carried on the comprehensive analysis and sorted out related concepts and theories of micro-culture as well as colleges micro-culture through questionnaire survey, so that understanding the current university teachers and students of micro-cultural cognition, understanding and participation situation, micro-culture on college students’ status and the influence of college students expect to micro cultural development in the university. Analyzes the existing problems in the development of micro culture in colleges and their causes. Using system analysis method for the construction of colleges and universities micro culture and how to strengthen the micro culture in the concrete countermeasures.In this paper, besides introduction and conclusion, mainly through three parts to discuss:The first part is an overview of the theory of micro-culture and college micro-cultural. Focus on the concept and characteristics of micro culture, micro-cultural era background and development trend and the concept and characteristics, discuss the reason of the influence.The second part is about the college micro culture present situation investigation and analysis. Through the questionnaire survey, to understand and grasp the situation of the current university micro culture construction, students’ understanding and assessment of the current micro-cultural development, analysis, find out the problem of college micro culture construction in and the reasons behind, to explore in the construction of socialist core values guide college micro culture countermeasures provide realistic foundation.The third part is the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of college micro culture. In view of the current problems of college micro culture construction and their causes, proposed to strengthen the universities micro cultural construction of viewpoint, discusses the following aspects, the first is the management and staff colleges must attach great importance in terms of ideology, the second is to increase the micro cultural construction equipment and personnel, Finally, the socialist core values as a guide to strengthen the relevant institutional construction.
