In The Context Of The Integration Of Sports And Education Research On The Path Of Training Reserve Talents For Competitive Table Tennis In Henan Province

This study takes the training path of competitive table tennis reserve talents in Henan Province under the background of "integration of sports and education" as the research object.At present,Henan Province has 2 national-level and 12 provincial-level table tennis reserve talent training bases.According to the geographical division,6 training bases in Henan Province,including Henan Province,Henan Province,Henan Province,and Henan Province,were selected as the subjects of the questionnaire survey,and 220 questionnaires for athletes and 20 questionnaires for coaches were distributed.According to the theory of all-round development of people and the theory of management,the current situation of the training of competitive table tennis reserve talents in Henan Province is analyzed.Find out the current problems in the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive table tennis in Henan Province,To explore the reasons for the problems affecting the training of competitive table tennis reserve talents in Henan Province,This paper puts forward the path of Henan Province’s competitive table tennis reserve talents under the background of "integration of sports and education".research shows:（1）The current situation of competitive table tennis reserve talents in Henan Province has the following problems:Competitive table tennis reserve talents have the contradiction between learning and training;Uneven distribution of training funds for table tennis reserve talents;Table tennis reserve talent venues and facilities are not perfect.（2）Reasons for the problems existing in the training of reserve table tennis talents in Henan Province:The command of the competitive performance is biased;Insufficient implementation of the policy;The environment for attracting and cultivating talents is not good;The balance of input and expenditure.（3）The path of training reserve talents for competitive table tennis in Henan Province:Advocate the development concept of "integration of sports and education" for competitive table tennis reserve talents in Henan Province;Explore the scientific method of "integration of sports and education" training of competitive table tennis reserve talents in Henan Province;Promote the development of Henan Province’s competitive table tennis reserve talent coach team;Improve the "integration of sports and education" training policy for competitive table tennis reserve talents in Henan Province;Guarantee the material basis for the training of competitive table tennis reserve talents in Henan Province.
