Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Women Table Tennis Reserve Talents Training In Heilongjiang Province

Table tennis is the national sport in our country.It has a strong and unshakable position in the world competitions.It also has a relatively broad mass base in China.From the 1960 s to the present,the elite athletes of Heilongjiang Women's Team have emerged successively in each period,but the time relatively is long.By using the methods of documentation,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this thesis makes an all-round analysis of the basic situation,training process and guarantee of the reserve talents of Heilongjiang women table tennis players and coaches.Through the questionnaires issued and collected by athletes and coaches,SPSS.22 software and EXCEL software were used to analyze the data.Through interviews with managers of various units,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The source distribution of table tennis women reserve talents in Heilongjiang Province is unbalanced;Female athletes aged 5-8 are the enlightenment stage of table tennis;There is a slight break in the age group of 13-15 years.2.In this group,compared with the situation where the straight-handed racquet players and the ball-cutting players are insufficient,the proportion of the left-handed players is relatively reasonable..3.In Heilongjiang province,there is a single source of coaches for table tennis female reserve talents,they lack theoretical knowledge and innovative ability,and they rarely participate in training.4.There is still conflict between the training and learning of athletes in the process of training table tennis women's reserve talents in Heilongjiang Province.The coaches mainly rely on experience in the selection and training methods of athletes.5.The management of table tennis women's reserve talents in Heilongjiang Province,duo to the division of labor between the sports system and the education system is different and the business is relatively independent,they all have their own positions and cannot cooperate in many aspects.6.Problems in the training of table tennis women's reserve talents in Heilongjiang Province: the contradiction between the training and learning of athletes;the defective theoretical level of coaches and the lack of scientific guidance for training;the lack of professional researchers for reserve talents;lack of scientific and technological content in the training process of athletes;problems in sports system and education policy.
