With the development trend of educational informationization and network, the society in the 21 st century put forward higher requirements for teachers of personnel training that improving their own quality, changing the concept of education and updating the knowledge structures. The ministry of education has launched the open courses projects in recent years such as national fine courses, the national quality video public class and the national high-quality resource sharing class. The tens of thousands of network curriculum have been constructed and applied as more than one thousand universities participation.It have conducted benefit for more than ten millions of students.Network curriculum resources such as a large open online course-MOOC(massive open online courses) that was born in 2012 in the international arena as same as above. MOOC that provide free courses and opportunities to study for more students on the Internet is usually the center of attention. Although network curricula resources is very abundant and students can choose it freely,actually they often feel confused when they face numerous network curricula resources.As a learning guide, what impact will the teachers using the network curriculum resources have on students?And how will these effects change the student learning ?Which is the main content of this article research.As knowledge transfer vector, from the perspective of university teachers have a lot of issues worthy of study,such as face the current education network, affecting the use of the network resources online course curriculum resources for students, teachers in the use of impact on students and teachers effect students’ use of network resources。 Today greatly enriched curriculum resources in the network, the teacher how to use new online courses teaching better, to enable students to learn more dependable, is the main study. This study not only provides a new direction for the effective use of resources to promote the online course, you can also enrich and innovative classroom teacher to provide new ideas. At the same time, it can be used as a reference or the exploratory case about education sector reform university curriculum reform in education, promoting the pace of open education and quality education.In this study, we review the literature, in terms of domestic and international network of curriculum resources construction, development, application and researches carried out and learn at home and abroad about the openness of the network curriculum resources present situation and development trend. On this basis, identifies the main content of the study, a clear significance, put forward the hypothesis, after the impact of teachers on students’ use of research resources, online courses are designed. This study is the use of online courses through teacher resources available in the form of a questionnaire survey to understand the teachers to use in the form of online course resources, analyze the use of online courses resources teachers in teaching the impact on student learning. Understanding the overall influence,I analyze the main factors affecting way, affect of the way,aspects of the impact and use of online course resources for teaching effectiveness, obtained by analyzing the authenticity of the relevant research data and findings and rationality verified.Through analysis of the results of the questionnaires and organize the content of teachers’ interviews,found on the web college teachers curriculum resource usage is very common, over 70%, but often use the network curriculum resource teachers are not a lot, only four percent. Teachers affect student using of network resources course many factors, but have not achieved the main factors of human intervention and control, it means that has not been affected more complete control strategies to help researchers and resource users to improve the effective utilization of resources. Students’ curriculum resources for teachers to use the network impact, but relative to other factors, the impact of students to teachers is still relatively limited. In addition, the study also found that teachers and students to use online course resources have a positive impact on many aspects, such as increase interest in learning, thinking more open, learning styles change and so on. These changes are very beneficial to student learning in the future, but the visual feedback on the effectiveness of teachers teaching this semester is moderate, compared with the previous teaching teachers, teachers used the case of online course resources, student did not bring significant improve academic achievement, teachers generally thought lack of a better online course resources that can help classroom teaching.Main place of communication between teachers and students is the classroom, so teachers have to consciously create awareness of good teaching environment, and to recognize the influence of teaching on students can not be underestimated, in the classroom teaching better demonstrate their knowledge to transfer the ability influence, encourage students to comprehensive, healthy growth. Significance of this study is to examine the statistical reliability of data through real and effective investigation and SPSS data processing software, to verify the number of conventional viewpoint interaction between teachers and students, so that these ideas are more theoretical and persuasive. Simultaneously, the study also found some anomalies and patterns, such as teachers generally agreed that the use of network resources, curriculum so that students’ interest in learning is improved, more open mind, but the general effect of teaching. These findings may provide a reference for further study of the interaction between teachers and students.
