This article tries to discuss the problem as to the college integrating the network instructional resources. Through extensive research, our colleges integrating the network instructional resources are found in such situation: some participants' ideas drop behind; integration work is lack of efficient organization; and self-awareness and occlusion also occur in the integration work. By ways of advice from documents study and web inquiry, writer finds that there are some kinds of modes that are worthy of consulting in American colleges. Especially MIT Opencourseware, since it has started, it attracts the whole world's attention, for its innovated idea, great dimensions, and far-reaching impact. Therefore, it is significant to study MIT Opencourseware in-depth and widely.Surrounding the case of MIT Opencourseware, the article studies as follows: First, definite the meaning of "college integrating network instructional resources", analyze the background and intention of the MIT Opencourseware. Second, based on the adequate inquiries, analyze the status quo of MIT Opencourseware from the aspects of organization, layout, construction model, technology realization and so on. What's more, choose the subject of 《information technology》 as an example, sum up the characteristics in course design, course content, and course application. Third, from the view of social background and MIT's idea open out the intention of the MIT Opencourseware, and analyze the successful experience. At last, summarize the influences of MIT Opencourseware and its inspiration to our colleges integrating network instructional resources.
