Since the college expansion plan has started, the employment of college students is in a perilous situation. It is an important way to ease the pressure of the employment that encourages college students’ self-undertaking. It helps to ease the pressure of employment, help to promote the development of economic, improve the structure of industry, and raise the culture of innovation and the quality of education in college. It has own features that passion but lack of sense, innovative but lack of courage, theoretical but lack of experience, limited capital investment and bearing capacity. Due to those features, it is very important that the supportive from government and social organizations to college students’ undertaking.In order to arouse the interest, the participation and success rate of college students’ undertaking, there has a series of supportive policies to implementing. Through the entrepreneurial education universal, training courses for students who has intention, give students’ undertaking some guidance and service, give them financing, tax, social security support, to form an environment which have support from government, college and society. Nanchang is the provincial in Jiangxi, has many kinds of colleges. The effect of undertaking supportive policy is the key point of the result of the implementation of a guide to college students’ undertaking. Nanchang has become one of the entrepreneurial cities in 2009. As the implementation of undertaking supportive plan, college students has mutual understanding about undertaking, the traits has been improved, the environment is becoming better, participation rate is increasing, the contribution to employment and economic is prominent.So as to know the implementation of college students’ undertaking supportive policies and the current situation of undertaking in Nanchang, there has a questionnaire for part of college students, and interview for part of students who already participate into undertaking. Through the research, we can find out some problems, one is the policy is lack of directness, other side is poor implementing policy. The main problem in policy is the orientation is not reasonable, lack of the participation of students, lack of consideration about the features of college students’ undertaking. The main issue about implementation is lack of effective coordinate and supervision mechanism; lack of social identification, the undertaking culture is not good. Across the country as a whole, there have many experiences to learn from Zhejiang. Firstly, need to keep highly consistency in formulate and implement in policy. Secondly, the supportive policy should have distinct guiding function. Last, it needs great pertinence.To perfect the supportive policy, need from three parts to proceed with, the contents, implementation, and atmosphere of policy. Firstly, it needs to contain the pertinence, highlight the features of college students’ undertaking, and take full consideration of the actual situation. Especially to build the supporting system of entrepreneurship education, innovate the way to financing support. Secondly, it needs to build the coordinate mechanism in the implementation of policy. In order to coordinate the guidance and supportive of every department and units, it can have college students’ undertaking guide team which assemble with tax department, financial department, social security department, industry and commerce department to coordinate the formulate and implementation. To build the supervision mechanism, it will push every department to perfect the coordinate policy which directly to college students’ undertaking to make sure the effective implementation. At last, make full use of media and colleges to publicity the supportive policy, and create a nice atmosphere for college students’ undertaking.
