Through the questionnaire survey to the school female university student from the following 2 parts: the consciousness and the demand of innovative undertaking; the condition and difficulties which the undertaking enterprise's female faces.To deeply inquire and target-oriented analyze the female innovative undertaking condition, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to try to prove affects in factors which the female started an entrepreneurship and their weights. The weightiest factor which influence the female innovative undertaking most is"self preparation and"management"comes the second. In self-preparation, the innovative undertaking people must have the very high enthusiasm, and fully emotionally prepared at heart. In the management capital and the filed choosing are more important. In social factors, the government's policy, the social relationships, the social undertaking environment weights the highest. The government policy is the main driving influence which encourages the female starts an innovative undertaking. In the social relationship aspect, family's support's importance is higher than friend's help obviously. Acts appropriately to the situation according to the factor weight degree and proposes the feasible countermeasure, carries on has the primary and secondary help and the supports the solution of the female university graduates innovative undertaking difficulties. This paper also takes the masculine pioneer who takes innovative undertaking career both at school and graduated as a comparison by doing the survey. Through the comparison between male and feminine differences to analyzes female's special condition, and to discover that the special question in view of the feminine unique characteristic. This paper proposes the more practical and effective educational mode and the prop policy: first,the innovative undertaker should strengthen his own undertaking quality.
