On The Construction Of The Supporting System For The Nnovative Undertaking By Chinese College Graduates

With the rapid development of our economy, the innovative undertaking by Chinese college graduates could, to some degree, alleviate the big employment pressure of the country while driving China’s economy structure to the knowledge intensive type. Besides, these graduates can serves as the potential emerging force for the building of the New Type country.Apparently, the successful Innovative Undertaking must be based on the favorable environment, which combines the roles of governments, colleges, industries and graduates’families. Thus, an efficient supporting and serving system is an important pivot point for the graduate innovative undertaking.The paper makes research on the construction of the supporting and serving system. First, the writer tries to make his definition about the graduate innovative undertaking. By the definition, he emphasizes the significance of the innovative undertaking and analyzes the status quo as well as the problems of the innovative undertaking by Chinese college graduates. On the basis of the University-Industry-Government Triple Helix Model, the writer claims his supporting and serving system, in which governments, colleges, industries act as the major driving force and their families the supplement.
