Purpose:in this research there are two different kinds of losing weight comprehensive interfere and regular exercise, using aerobic endurance exercise training, resistance training methods and other sports training methods, we observe two different modes of exercise for weight loss in obese female college students, then we can conclude the effects of antioxidants in the body, and analyses two kinds of patterns on the body’s antioxidant ability, to provide theoretical reference, to develop efficient can improve the exercise prescription of the body’s antioxidant capaci ty.Mmethods:24 obese female college students, the percentage of body fat was 35.63+4.29, age 20.42+1.02 years, are randomly divided into two groups,12 students each for control group and the experimental group, experimental group is comprehensive interfere, while control group is regular exercise. The two groups do the exercise, a total of 8 weeks. During the experiment, the students should be recorded daily diet, according to the experimental group of diet records to calculate its intake of calories, requires daily negative calorie balance reached 500 +60kal, the daily total energy intake according to individual standard weight in physical labor unit weight energy supply (30Kal/kg) calculation. There are no diet requirements for control group, they can make their own choice, and control by themselves. Before and after the experiment, we use Inbody720 to test body technology components, we use Anthroscan 3D VTTUS body scanning system to test body circumference, we collect venous blood using colorimetric detection of the levels of nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide syntheses (NOS), malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase enzyme (SOD) in serum. All data collected we use a paired sample t test before and after the intervention, each index variation (delta values) for independent samples t test,results:(1) After 8 weeks of training, from the analysis of body composition, 2 groups of students with fat have significant differences in body weight, body fat percentage, BMI, body fat, visceral fat test.(2) From the analysis of body surround, the control group is mainly manifested in the "neck circumference, waist to hip ratio" measure index declined significantly. The experimental group is mainly manifested in the "neck circumference, chest circumference, upper arm circumference, left and right upper arm girth, thigh girth, thigh girth left right, waist to hip ratio" index declined significantly;(3) From the analysis of oxidation resistance, two groups of subjects with SOD, GSH-PX, NOS test index rise decline on the MDA measure index. There is no significant change in the NO levelConclusion:The comprehensive interfere and exercise can help improve the obese female college students body shape and antioxidant capacity, so that obese people may choose this effective way to lose weight exercise.
