Objective:By studying the female students in front of core stability training, and the tenth week after the fifth week of training the body shape and movement of quality changes, the analysis of overweight, body shape and movement affect the quality of core stability training obese female college students, a clear core stability resistance training effect, for a correct understanding of core stability training and arrange training methods provide a theoretical basis.Methods:In this paper, the use of literature, research expert interviews, experimental research methods and statistical analysis. Voluntary shaping the grounds selected and screened by recruiting 19 healthy female students, aged 18-22 years old. According to BMI values of 19 female students will be divided into normal weight group (n= 10), overweight and obese group (n= 9). Experimental group core stability training four times a week, every 60 minutes, a total of ten weeks of training. Respectively, before the training, were fifth and tenth week after week training body shape (height, weight, BMI, circumference, body composition) and movement quality (50m,800m, standing long jump, sit-ups, Sit and Reach) test, using paired samples T-test were analyzed.Results:First:Overweight, obese group the athletic qualities are no good normal weight.Second:Ten weeks after the normal weight lose weight 1.62kg (P<0.01), BMI value decreased 0.71 (P<0.01); overweight, obese lose weight 3.89kg (P<0.05), BMI value decreased 1.54 (P<0.05); the body girth ten weeks after the two experimental groups (upper arm, chest, waist, hip, thigh) were decreased (P<0.01); normal weight fat content decreased 2.29% (P<0.01) muscle content increased 0.57% (P<0.01); overweight, obese fat content decreased 3.32% (P<0.01), muscle content unchanged (P> 0.05). The control group did not change body shape indices (P> 0.05).Third:After ten weeks of training in normal weight reduction 50m 0.36s (P> 0.05); 800m reduction 25.45s (P<0.01); standing long jump increase 8.6cm (P<0.01); crunches increase 8.9/min (P<0.01); Sit and Reach increase 4.2cm (P<0.01). Overweight and obese body recombination 50m reduction 0.5s (P> 0.01); 800m reduction 36s (P<0.01); increased standing long jump 6.45cm (P<0.01); crunches increase 7.11/min (P<0.01); Sit and Reach increased 3.24cm (P<0.05).In conclusion:First:Overweight, Ten weeks of core stability training to improve the overweight, obese female college students body shape:weight loss, body fat content decreased, which works best for shaping waist; normal weight female students play a heavy body shape plastic effect, decrease body fat content, muscle content improved.Second:Ten weeks of core stability training can enhance the quality of female students in sports, including 800m and sit-ups to enhance the most obvious.
