In this study,the body shape and physical function of obese adolescents were studied.The experimental subjects were 48 obese adolescents who participated in the 2017 weight loss camp,and a four week closed experimental study was conducted.Experimental methods and objectives: Under the background of diet control,and through the experimental ?,experimental respectively for a four?-week aerobic and aerobic exercise combined with control the group of resistance training,on its own in the group before and after changes in body shape and body function index for recording,and from the perspective of gender,age,the body form and function of two groups had no changes after group and experiment group,the comparison and analysis between explore science for obese adolescents' health and effective method to reduce the degree of obesity,for the majority of obese adolescents healthy sustainable development provides the basis of the theory and practice.The results of the study:(1)4 weeks after aerobic exercise control(experimental group ?),10-12 groups: boys circumference,hip circumference,scapular skin fold and abdominal skin fold index decreased obviously(p < 0.05),but in the moisture rate and no obvious change in lean body mass index(p > 0.05).The age group from 13 to 16: except that the water content index of male students did not change significantly before and after,all other indicators showed significant differences,and the changes of each body shape index of female students were very significant(p<0.01).(2)4 weeks after aerobic exercise control(experimental group ?),10-12 groups: boys and girls the body metabolism level and lung capacity improved significantly(p < 0.05),heart rate decreased significantly(p < 0.05),but haven't changed much in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure index(p > 0.05).Age group 13-16: the basic heart rate and basal metabolic rate of male students were significantly different before and after exercise(p<0.01),and the physical function of female students was significantly affected(p<0.01).(3)4 weeks after aerobic exercise combined with resistance training(experimental group ?),10-12 and 13-16 groups: boys and girls surrounded degree effect on body weight,BMI,body is very obvious(p < 0.01);And the increase of muscle and water content in the body of male and female between 13 and 16 years old was very obvious(p<0.01).(4)4 weeks after aerobic exercise combined with resistance training(experimental group),10?-12 groups: male body function indicators show significant difference(p < 0.05),blood pressure,basal metabolic rate and vital capacity index increased significantly(p < 0.05);Group aged 13-16: there was a significant difference in the body function of female students(p<0.05).There were significant differences in the basic heart rate,basal metabolic rate and lung capacity of male students(p<0.01).That is,male and female students of different ages have different effects.(5)in the two groups after the experiment(experimental ?,experimental ?)between groups,10-12 groups: men and women birth weight,hip circumference,heart rate and metabolism index comparison there is obvious difference(p < 0.05);13-16 groups: boys and girls of body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,lean body mass,abdominal skin fold,basal metabolism,vital capacity index on significant difference(p < 0.05),namely,aerobic exercise combined with resistance training to improve the different age groups of obese adolescents have more body shape and body function have an advantage.Conclusion:(1)aerobic exercise control and aerobic exercise combined with around resistance training,the two groups of subjects the index get good body shape and body function improvement,this research adopts the influence of two kinds of different aerobic exercise prescriptions are positive and effective.(2)from the perspective of different groups,aerobic diet combined with resistance training has a more significant effect on the improvement of body shape and body function of obese adolescents of different ages.
